The children's play area at the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of space and equipment for the kids to burn off energy. The garden was lovely for a stroll, and the free shuttle to the airport was very convenient, especially when traveling with the family.

My wife says that the children's menu at the restaurant could have had more variety for picky eaters.

Every stay feels like home. The staff suggested great local eats when I first stayed. It has everything I need – Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, gym, and more. Perfect for my business trips. Grateful for their attentive service.

As for me, comfort and location were good. The restaurant was good at the bar and restaurant, enjoyed it. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Brussels.

The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of Microsoft Belgium. Nice restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Loved spending my time in this clean hip new hotel. I booked an a double room, it was warm and had tea/coffee making equipment, a seating area and a writing table.

This was a superb stay, good prices. Beds were soft, everything was great. The location offered was amazing right by airport.

I absolutely adored the warm and inviting decor of the hotel, especially the cozy lounge areas where I could relax and read. The soft lighting and comfortable seating made it perfect for senior guests like myself to unwind and enjoy a quiet moment. Additionally, I found the hotel's accessibility for senior people to be exceptional, with wide, well-lit hallways and easy-to-navigate elevators, making it effortless for me to move around comfortably during my stay.

I would have appreciated better signage and clear directions within the hotel for senior guests.

the hotel was spotlessly clean, big size. i loved the superior room i was given, it had a minibar, satellite television and a couch bed. a tub in the good bathroom was super awesome.

The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options available to choose from. the shuttle service back to the airport was convenient and saved me the hassle of finding alternative transportation. the location of the hotel was also great, being close to the airport made it easy for me to catch my flight.

The shuttle service did not arrive as scheduled, causing me some inconvenience and uncertainty. there was a lot of noise coming from a nearby room during the night, and despite informing reception about it, no action was taken to address the issue.

The room at Novotel Brussels Airport is so spacious and modern, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi that made me feel really at home. The mini fridge and complimentary bottle of water were a nice touch too. It's like they thought of everything! As a traveler who values comfort and convenience, I couldn't have asked for more.

The 24-hour room service might be too tempting.

We always choose this hotel when in the area. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Although limited, the hotel restaurant serves decent food. The indoor play center for children is a plus.
